Terms of Service

This is an agreement between you, the subscriber and to maintain and service your computer(s) on a monthly basis. Club membership is reserved for home / personal users. Commercial / business users are invited to take advantage of our retainer program.

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. has the final say in resolving any dispute regarding these terms and conditions.

Initial setup:

We ( agree to connect to your system using TeamViewer as our remote connection tool and tune up, optimize and make ready your computer for membership in our computer service club. Initial set up may include (but is not limited to) the following steps:

  • Virus removal and cleanup
  • Malware removal and cleanup
  • Start up routine optimization and tune up
  • Verify and/or set up recommended antivirus software
  • Verify and/or setup firewall software
  • Set up backup solution with Cobian backup software if there is an external USB hard drive onsite or other suitable media. If there is no appropriate backup media onsite, we will recommend a device that will fit your circumstances
  • Address any other issues to make your system ready for membership
  • Answer any questions regarding your system
Monthly checkups:
Each month after signing up, we will send you an automated reminder to call us to re connect to your system and perform a monthly checkup. We will attempt to remind you by an automated email message to coordinate the checkup. We will wait for you to contact us to perform the checkup. If we do not hear from you we will remind you again the following month by automated email and/or when the payment processes if on monthly billing. The payment processes each month regardless as to whether or not a checkup has been performed.

IMPORTANT: Should the automatic email reminder be blocked or spam filtered and is not received, a second reminder will be when you receive notice that the monthly payment has processed).

The monthly checkup will include (but not be limited to) the following items:

  • Verify the backup is running properly if it was set up initially
  • Verify the security settings are intact and up to date
  • Remove and cleanup any malware that has accumulated over the month
  • Remove unwanted items from the startup routine
  • Address any issues that may have come up over the previous month
  • Answer any questions that may have come up over the previous month
Any issues that arise that does not fall under the concept of regular monthly maintenance will be billed at the regular rate of $156 per hour. Situations like hardware failures or connectivity issues that result in the need for an onsite appointment will be billed at the regular hourly rate of $156 per hour. It is the sole discretion of to determine what issues do not fall under the concept of regular monthly maintenance and need to be billed at the regular hourly rate.

What is expected from you, the subscriber / club member:
  • You agree to make available and grant us access to your machine(s) each month through the Team Viewer application to perform the monthly maintenance and follow our recommendations as to proper use of your system.
  • You also agree to maintain your monthly payments for a period of 12 months before canceling your subscription. After the 12 months have elapsed, you are free to cancel your subscription or let the membership remain in force until you decide to cancel.
  • Cancelation of the subscription before the 12 months have elapsed will incur a penalty equal to the full amount of your 12 month subscription and you will possibly be locked out of your computer until the balance is paid.
