Computer Consulting and Repair

Billing policy
I try to help everyone who calls over the phone (or by email) for free.
I've been working with computers since the late 70's and have found that many issues can be fixed this way but sometimes that "quick question" may need more troubleshooting than what I can do over the phone. In these cases I need to either connect to your machine remotely or go out onsite to troubleshoot.
Call Toll Free: 888.752.9049

I charge $52 per 1/2 hour for remote support with a 1/2 hour minimum
or $100 per hour to go onsite with a 1 hour minimum.

Think my hourly rate is too high? JOIN THE CLUB!
(No really, you're not alone. We have a club for that, click here to learn more.)

Support Hours

For seminars, I charge $100 per person for full day (Instinctive Computing or Internet 101) classes and $50 per person for evening (Digital Imaging/Scanning basics) classes. To be kept informed about upcoming seminars, please sign up for my newsletter using the form over there >>> to the right and I will add you to my list of interested people and you will be notified of when the next seminars will be held.

If you are looking for someone to speak to your group please contact me and we can arrange it. (My phone number and email address are all over this site.)
